Student/postdoc Lodging:
Funding is available to help cover lodging for students and postdoctoral researchers. To be considered, applicants must complete registration and submit a lodging request. Priority will be given to domestic physics students and postdocs; however, international participants from Canada and Latin America may be supported if funds permit.
After the registration deadline, organizers will arrange lodging reservations for eligible participants. Once bookings are finalized, students and postdocs will receive notification.
Participants are expected to be housed in KU Housing.
